Hiking Malta ❤️ SAVE for your next outdoor adventure on the Maltese islands! 🇲🇹🌍 Explore with me on the Maltese islands, and hike along the coastline of the beautiful section of Mellieħa known as L-Aħrax. ❤️ Whether you live on the islands, or are just visiting, this is a great place to explore by yourself, or with family, friends or kids. Camping is also available in this area. ⛺️ In the summertime, you can beat the heat and get some shade in the wooded area above, or walk along the coastline and find a cove that suits you. In the winter, more trees and flowers are in bloom, and this is a wonderfully green area to enjoy the mediterranean blue waters below change colour during golden hour. 🤩 A good starting point is the road leading away from the ‘Red Tower’ or Saint Agatha’s Tower. I suggest visiting the tower if you haven’t already, it’s stunning at sunrise or sunset. Continue along the road, heading east away from the tower, or walk along the coastline until you reach the end. 👉 There is a small ‘Chapel of Immaculate Conception’ perched atop the cliffside, overlooking Għadira Bay or ‘Mellieħa Bay’ to its south, with Comino and Gozo to its North. On a clear day or night, you can see Sicily in the distance. 👀 The distance from the Red Tower to the chapel is less than 4km (2.5 miles) if you walk along the road, and I suggest exploring a bit in both the shaded areas and down by the water level if you have the time. 💦 Thanks for watching and don’t forget to FOLLOW along and SAVE this video for you next adventure! | Wideo | Malta Wakacje
