Where to dive in Malta? Best dive sites.
Malta has fantastic dive sites: Blue Grotto (sea caves in the south), Cirkewwa (wreck and reef — suitable for all levels), Anchor Bay (shallow, great for children), Delimara Point, and the reefs off Sliema. Visibility up to 30–40m. Water temperature 27°C in summer. Malta is a diving mecca with hundreds of certified instructors.
Is a boat trip around Malta worth it?
Yes — a cruise around Malta is one of the archipelago's finest experiences. You'll see the Dingli Cliffs from the sea, the Blue Grotto and its caves, Valletta from the water (the Grand Harbour view is breathtaking), and the Three Cities. Group tours from €40/person for a half day, private charters from €300/day.
What activities do you recommend in Malta with children?
Malta with children: boat trip to Comino and the Blue Lagoon (perfect for swimming), snorkelling at St. Peter's Pool or Golden Bay, boat trip to the Blue Grotto, a visit to Fort St. Elmo and the War Museum in Valletta, and in the evening the Maltese Evening Show.
