Hidden red sandstone beach. Water visibility 25-40m. Octopus, moray eels, parrotfish underwater.
Mġarr ix-Xini Tower
The largest coastal watchtower on Gozo, built in 1661 by the Knights of Malta. Designed by Mederico Blondel. The only one with a drawbridge instead of a ladder. Restored by Wirt Għawdex.

Mġarr ix-Xini Bay
A deep canyon cutting into Gozo's southern coast. The name 'Xini' means 'ships' — because in 1551, the Ottomans shipped almost the entire island's population into slavery from here. Today: crystal water, diving caves, silence.
