Blue Lagoon Cave — a hidden beach inside a cliff accessible by kayak. A small, sandy cove sheltered from the wind, known to few tourists.
While thousands lie on Blue Lagoon beach, just 200 metres away hides a cave leading to a tiny beach inside the cliff. The entrance is narrow — fits a kayak or small boat — but beyond it opens a sandy cove several metres long, completely sheltered from wind and waves.
The cave is accessible only from the water. There's no trail from the Blue Lagoon — you must paddle by kayak from the western side. This means even at peak season you can have it entirely to yourself. Sunlight, filtered through the entrance, creates hypnotic turquoise patterns on the water.
